Case No. 24 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 33 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 328 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Chakradharpur. 3. On 20.02.2024 between 9.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m., the Informant while travelling from Purushottam Express was drugged near Tata Nagar Railway Station by an unknown person. The accused decamped away with his valuables. During the course of investigation, petitioner was apprehended in connection with another case in which he confessed about his involvement in the present case. Later on, petitioner was identified by the Informant as the person who had drugged him. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
