Heard Sri Tallapragada Sriram, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms.A.Jayanthi, learned Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners received a notice from the unofficial respondent No.5 regarding the dishonor of the cheque which is alleged to have been issued by the petitioners. Meanwhile, the police are calling the petitioners to the police station every day and pressurizing them to settle the issue with the respondent No.5. 4. Learned Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondent No.5. In case of any case is registered against the 4 petitioners, the police are directed to follow the due process of law and in absence of any such cases, the police are directed not to call the petitioners to the police station. There shall be no order as to costs.
