Case No. 410 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 109 of the BNS and under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have fired at the informant which caused him injury in his chest. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 4.12.2024. 5.
