GP FOR HOME 3 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 22657 of 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of the WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the Respondent No. 3 herein in interfering with the civil disputes between the Petitioners herein and the Respondents No. 4 to 6 herein in respect of Petitioners land admeasuring Ac. No. 0.52 Cents and Ac No. 50 Cents covered in Sy No. 182-74 and Sy No. 182-82 respectively, located in Budrayavalasa Village, Merukumudidam Mandal, Vizianagaram District (subject land) and consequently refusing to receive any complaint(s) submitted by the Petitioners, against the criminal offence(s) committed in respect of the subject land, by the Respondents No. 4 to 6 and other third parties, till the Petitioners arrive at a settlement with Respondent No. 4 to 6 herein as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and contrary to the Section 173 of BNSS besides violating Petitioners rights guaranteed under Article 14, 21, 22 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No.3 herein to receive and consider the Petitioners complaint(s) strictly in accordance with the law and/or pass.…” 2. Heard Sri Shaik Md Umar Abdullah, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. He would further submit that the police are not 4 interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.
