Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed with the following main relief:- "1. A Writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent no.2 and 3 to consider of the petitioner's representation/application dated 22.06.2024 and provide compensation of death of petitioner's buffalo within stipulated time period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid representation of the petitioner may be decided by the respondents- Authorities within stipulated time. 4. In light of the same, we dispose of the instant petition with direction to respondent No.2-Executive Engineer, Sub Station Bamrauli, Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd., Prayagraj to consider the aforesaid representation of the petitioner and decide the same expeditiously, preferably within a period of twelve weeks, in accordance with law and after affording due opportunity of hearing to all concerned.
