The applicant (not party in the writ petition) seeks recalling of the order dated 28/02/2025 passed by this Court in WPC No. 1144/2025. 2. During the course of hearing, it is informed that the applicant herein has participated in the proceedings under Section 248 of the CGLRC before the Tahsildar concerned and after hearing the applicant, the Tahsildar has passed the eviction order. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that he has not questioned the eviction order before any higher forum. 4. In view of the above, the instant MCC is dismissed as not maintainable. Even there is no apparent error in the order dated 28/02/2025 passed by this Court in WPC No. 1144/2025. However, the Tahsildar is directed to proceed in the matter of eviction after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the persons who are having possession over the land in question.
