Pending Contempt Case, the petitioner herein retired from service. Therefore, there is no occasion for implementation of the orders of this Court in view of modification of the orders on 01.04.2024 in W.P.No.6186 of 2024. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that no further orders are necessary to be passed, since the Petitioner already retired from service. In view of modification of the orders on 01.04.2024 in W.P.No.6186/2024, Respondents neither violated nor disobeyed the orders of this Court, therefore, no contempt is made out against the respondents/contemnors and hence the present Contempt Case is liable to be closed. ::3:: 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, no contempt is made out against the respondents in view of the superannuation of the Petitioner pending Contempt and no further orders are required to be passed in the Contempt Case. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
