GP FOR SERVICES II The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 23079/2025 The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents in not considering the representation of the Petitioner dated 26.07.2025 as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The Petitioner was appointed as Anganwadi Helper in Pathapaluvai Village, Rentachinthala Mandal, Guntur District on 31.07.2017. Subsequently, the Petitioner was promoted as Anganwadi Worker pursuant to the Orders of this Court in W.P.No.25852 of 2024. While so, the Petitioner was issued two Show Cause Notices dated 02.07.2025 and 17.07.2025 calling for an explanation regarding certain misconduct of the Petitioner. 3. The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Respondent No. 4 is interfering with the day-to-day activities of the Petitioner with an intent to remove the Petitioner from the said post. A representation dated 26.07.2025 was also given to that effect. As the representation of the Petitioner was not being considered, the present Writ Petition is filed. 4. Learned Standing Counsel would submit that the Petitioner, in fairness, should have submitted an explanation to the said Show Cause Notices, and without giving any explanation, the allegations of the Petitioner have no basis. He further submits that the allegations raised by the Petitioner against the Respondent No. 4 have no basis and there is no day-to-day interference into the work of the Petitioner by the Respondent No.4. 5. Having heard the respective counsel, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Petitioner to submit an explanation to the Show Cause Notices dated 02.07.2025 and 17.07.2025 within a period of three (03) weeks from today and the Respondent authorities shall take appropriate decision thereon. Till such time, the Respondents shall not unnecessarily interfere with the day-to-day activities of the Petitioner as Anganwadi Worker at Pathapaluvai Village, Rentachinthala Mandal, Guntur District. There shall be no order as to costs.
