Jyotsna Rewal Dua , J Notice. Mr. Rajat Choudhary, learned Assistant Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is taken up for disposal at this stage. 2. Petitioner is serving as Drawing Master at Government High School Ananehar U/C Government Senior Secondary School Lylh, District Chamba, H.P. stated to be a hard and tribal area. Petitioner’s case is that on completion of more than normal tenure at the aforesaid station, he preferred a representation on 20.08.2024 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 (Annexure P/1) to respondent No.2/competent authority seeking transfer to his preferred stations, however, the said representation till date has not been decided by the aforesaid respondent/competent authority. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of three weeks from today.
