Rommel, learned counsel on record for lone respondent are before this Court. 3. Learned counsel on both sides submit that mediation was successful and the settlement arrived at has been reduced to writing a document styled/captioned vide ‘GROUND OF SETTLEMENT’ dated 29.11.2025 ( ‘said terms of settlement’ for convenience). This request is acceded to. 7. Captioned CRP disposed of in terms of said terms of settlement (scanned and reproduced supra) which shall form a part of this order.
