1. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition against the impugned transfer order dated 12.06.2025 (Annexure P/1), whereby the petitioner, who is a Lecturer (LB) (Chemistry) has been transferred from Govt. Higher Secondary School (K), Raigarh to Govt. Higher Secondary School, Sonabal, District Kondagaon under the Rationalization Instructions dated 02.08.2024 and prayed the following reliefs in the writ petition:-
“10.1 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased direct the respondents to quash the impugned order 12/06/2025 issued by the Deputy Director, Directorate of Public Education, C.G. (Annexure P/1). 10.2 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to correct the seniority of the petitioner, i.e. 05/02/2011. 10.3 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent State to grant any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in favour of the petitioner as per the facts & circumstance of the present case, in the ends of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the representation made by the petitioner on 13.06.2025 to the authorities concerned, her representation has been scrutinized by the District
3 Level Rationalization Committee, and on 20.06.2025, the representation was allowed and after recommendation of the committee, the place of posting of the petitioner under the Rationalization Instructions, has been amended and in place of Govt. Higher Secondary School, Sonabal, District Kondagaon, she has been now posted at Govt. Higher Secondary School, Kavdabadi, Block Raigarh vide order dated 03.07.2025 and her place of transfer has been modified. He would further submit that in compliance of the order dated 03.07.2025, she has joined at her amended place of transfer on 04.07.2025, and placed the amended order and joining letter, which are being taken on record. He would further submit that, in view of the amended transfer order of the petitioner, and her joining at her new place of posting, now the petitioner does not have any further grievance in the petition, and the same may be disposed of.

Learned counsel appearing for the State, on instructions, would also submit that the transfer order of the petitioner has been amended and she has joined at her new place of posting on 04.07.2025, and nothing remains for adjudication in the present writ petition.
4. I have heard learned counsel for parties and perused the material available in the petition.
5. The petitioner, who was earlier transferred from Govt. Higher Secondary School, Raigarh to Govt. Higher Secondary School, Sonabal is now transferred from Govt. Higher Secondary School, Raigarh to Govt. Higher Secondary School, Kevdabadi vide amended
4 transfer order dated 03.07.2025 and she has joined there on 04.07.2025, it appears that the grievances of the petitioner against the impugned transfer order dated 12.06.2025 is redressed. The order dated 03.07.2025 is not under challenge and the order dated 12.06.2025 has already been modified and the modified order dated 03.07.2025 has already been complied with. Therefore, in view of the
submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, nothing remains for further adjudication in the petition.
