JUSTICE AMIT SHARMA O R D E R % 27.08.2025 1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. CM APPL. 53325/2025(Extension of time in compliance of order dt. 11.07.2025) 2. The present application under Section 151 of the CPC seeks the following prayers: - “a) extend the time of compliance with further 7-8 weeks, in the interest of justice, b) pass such other order(s) as this Hon’bIe Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case” 3. Vide order dated 11.07.2025 passed in W.P.(C) 10490/2023, the following directions were passed: - “6. Considering the import of the order dated 09.08.2023 wherein the petitioner admitted its liability to the extent of Rs.67,02,381/-, This is a digitally signed order. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 30/08/2025 at 11:55:22 it is deemed apposite that compensation equivalent to the aforesaid amount in terms of the award be also paid to the respondents within a period of four weeks from today. In so far as the contention with respect to the remaining balance claim amount is concerned, this Court deems it fit in terms of the submission made, to remand back the matter on the aforesaid limited extent. Considering that the matter pertains to the year 2019, the authority shall consider early disposal of the petition preferably within a period of six months.” 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant/respondent submits that the department has taken a decision not to challenge this order and is taking appropriate steps to comply with the order. It is stated in the application that the proposal has been sent to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare for seeking approval and instructions of competent authority in the matter and the aforesaid order has also been sent to the said Ministry with the said proposal for the compliance. 5. Issue notice. 6. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner/non-applicant accepts notice and opposes the present application on the ground that enough time has been given. 7. In view of the averments made, the application is partly allowed. 8. The respondent is further granted 4 weeks’ time from today to comply with the order dated 11.07.2025. 9.
