A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent no. 2, to refund back the petitioner Rs. 10,000/- realized by respondent no. 2 from the petitioner for Bareilly Rifle Club and Rs. 500/- realized by respondent no.; 2 from the petitioner for Indian Red Cross Society, Bareilly, as alleged fees for granting fire arm licence of SBBL gun." 2. Sri Vijay Shanker Prasad, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel argued on the basis of personal affidavit filed by Principal Secretary (Home), Government of U.P., Lucknow that relief sought in the writ petition has already been granted, hence, the present petition become infructuous. 3. Since, nobody is present on behalf of the petitioner even in the revised call, writ petition is dismissed in default.
