The operative portion of the said order is extracted hereunder: “In view of the above averments, it is clear that an amount of Rs.2,12,64,200/- was due to the petitioner and the said fact was also admitted by the learned Government Pleader for Finance & Planning. In view of the same, since the amount claimed by the petitioner is an admitted amount, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the 2nd respondent to release amount of Rs.2,12,64,200/- (Rupees two crores twelve lakhs sixty four thousand and two hundred only) to the petitioner within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.” 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri L.Sai Manoj Reddy, learned counsel representing M/s. Indus Law Firm, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.4052 of 2024, dated 26.03.2024 and 02.07.2024, have already been complied with by the respondents, and as such, requests to close the contempt case. 3. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
