GP FOR CIVIL SUPPLIES The Court made the following Order: The petitioner is challenging the inaction on the part of the respondents for not releasing the annual grade increments from 2008 onwards, DA arrears, and not fixing the pay in the pay scale of the 2010 PRC, as well as the encashment of earned leave (EL) for 120 days by making the necessary entries in the service register. The petitioner is seeking a direction for the release of such benefits from the year 2008 onwards. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 22.02.2011 to the 2nd respondent, but the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders in response. 3. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 22.02.2011 does not bear any endorsement from the respondents, and therefore, the same is not part of the records of the 2nd respondent Corporation. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is hereby directed to submit a fresh representation to the respondents seeking the dues owned to the petitioner. Thereafter, the respondents shall consider the representation and pass necessary orders in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. There shall be no order as to costs.
