For the respondents: Ms. Leena Guleria, Deputy Advocate General. Notice. Ms. Leena Guleria, learned Deputy Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. This writ petition has been filed for grant of following substantive relief:- “(1) That a writ of mandamus may kindly be issued directing the respondents to grant to the petitioners the pay scale of the post of TGT and also grant them promotional avenue to the post of Lecturer (School-cadre) in terms of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Court in CWP No.2171/2023 titled as Hem Raj vs State of H.P 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - & others. Further direct the respondents to release to the petitioners all the consequential benefits along with arrears at the rate of 9% per annum..” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have preferred a representations dated 12.06.2025 [Annexure P-1 (colly)] to respondent No.2 for claiming the above relief. Learned counsel further submitted that the petitioners would be content, in case, they are permitted to submit comprehensive representations to the respondents/ Competent Authority seeking the relief prayed for by them in the writ petition, whereafter, respondents /Competent Authority, be directed to decide the representations to be made by them, in a time bound manner. Learned Deputy Advocate General has no objection to this prayer. 4. In view of above submissions, the present petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioners to make comprehensive representations to the respondents/ Competent Authority, within a period of two weeks from today, who shall in turn, consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, in light of aforesaid decision, within a further period of six weeks by passing order, which shall also - 3 - be communicated to the petitioners.
