Petitioner is alleged to have raped 16 years old daughter of the informant. It was submitted that charge has been framed in this case. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. Learned trial court shall expedite the trial.
