CMP No.21032 of 2025 By way of this application, a prayer has been made by the applicants/respondents that as the original respondent No.1 has died and as they are the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 Madho Ram, therefore, they be impleaded as respondent No.1(a) to respondent No.1(e) in the disposed of proceedings for the purpose of the release of the amount falling to the share of deceased Madho Ram. As no reply is intended to be filed to the application, the same is allowed, as prayed for. Proposed legal representatives are impleaded as respondent No.1(a) to respondent No.1(e) in place of deceased respondent No.1. Application stands disposed of. CMP No.23066 of 2025 This application is disposed of by taking on record the documents appended therewith.
CMP No.16986 of 2025 By way of this application filed under Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code, a prayer has been made by the applicants/respondents for release of the amount. Having heard learned counsel for the applicants/respondents, this application is allowed and the amount falling to the share of applicants/respondents No.1(a) to 1(e) and respondents No.2 and 3, alongwith up-to-date interest, is directed to be released in their favour as per their respective share i.e. 1/3rd of the amount be released to respondents No.1(a) to respondent No.1(e) proportionately, 1/3rd each to respondents No.2 and 3.
