This revision is directed against the order dated 23.09.2024 directing the applicants to pay the deficit Court fees of Rs. 63,400/-. 4. The applicants claimed compensation of Rs. One (1) Crore before the Tribunal and they were granted only Rs. 61,70,000/-. While preferring the appeal it was restricted to the extent of Rs. One Lakh. Accordingly, the Court fees of Rs. 3,215/- is paid, which is objected by the office of this Court. This issue is no more re-intigra and now it is covered by the common judgment dated 2 167cra176.24 07.08.2025 in Civil Revision Application No. 106 of 2025. The impugned order is unsustainable. 5. The Civil Revision Application is allowed. (i) The impugned order is quashed and set aside. (ii) Applicants are liable to pay the Court fees on the restricted claim of Rs. one (1) Lakh. ( SHAILESH P.
