Cr.MP No.215 of 2026 By way of present application, a prayer has been made to extend the time to comply with the order dated 11.08.2025 and to permit the applicant/petitioner to deposit the deficiency in the compounding fee. As per the application, although, the compounding fee has already been deposited, but, due to miscalculation, there is shortfall in the said amount. Considering the said fact, let the said deficiency be made good within a period of ten days, from today, in case, the said deficiency is made good within the stipulated time granted by this Court, the same is deemed to have been made to compliance of the order dated 11.08.2025.
