Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3 . It is alleged that 100 liters of Nepali saufi liquor was recovered from Mango orchard. 4. It is submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of other co-accused persons. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners and they are no way connected Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19831 of 2025(2) dt.19-04-2025 2/2 with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition . 6. Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 2 Sitamarhi in connection with Pupri Police Station Case No. 459 of 2024 subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
