Case No. 251 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 420/406/467/468/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 2023, pending in the court of Sri Mayank Maliyaz, learned J.M.F.C-IX, Ranchi. 3. During the intervening period between 20.03.2024 to 20.04.2024, petitioner is alleged to have fraudulently transferred Rs. 20,21,000/- from the account of Aunt of the Informant to the account of one Chhotu. 4.
