At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that vide impugned Order dated 26.4.2019, claim of the petitioner for protection of salary was declined by respondent No.3 with a contention that communication has been made to obtain guidelines from Finance Department. She would further submit that vide amended Order dated 11.3.2025, issued by the District Education Officer, Kabirdham, claim of the petitioner has been declined on the ground that there is no rule in the State of BINI PRADEEP Digitally signed by BINI PRADEEP Date: 2025.04.11 10:32:38 +0530 2 Chhattisgarh with regard to pay protection. Hence, it is prayed that in view of the amended Order dated 11.3.2025, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition, if occasion arises. 2. Learned counsel for the State has no objection on the above prayer. 3. On due consideration, the prayer is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to withdraw instant petition with liberty as prayed for. 4. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of.
