The writ petition has been filed with following prayer: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent no. 3 to pay the amount of Rs. 25,51,671/- to the petitioner for consideration of sale deed of the land executed on 09.10.2024 by him in favour of the respondent no.2." 2. Learned Standing Counsel has placed on record the instructions from the Nayab Tehsildar, according to which the petitioner is claiming the sale consideration amount in respect of Arazi Nos. 701min., 1326, 715, 717, 692min., 716min., 718, 692min. and 1344 ad-measuring 0.9694 hectare. It is stated that the name of the petitioner has been expunged from the revenue records in pursuance of the order 02.12.2024 against which a restoration application is pending. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition at this stage. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn at this stage.
