The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lesliganj P.S. Case No.83 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 189(5), 190, 191(2), 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Smt. Shikha Agrawal, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau. On 15.07.2024, JPS bus dashed a tempo near Kundari forest check post. Two passengers of the tempo died in the accident. It is alleged that the petitioner and co-accused persons set ablaze the bus and assaulted the driver due to which he succumbed to his injuries. It was submitted that mob of several persons had committed the occurrence. It was further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. Shikha Agrawal, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau or her successor, in connection Lesliganj P.S. Case No.83 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
