The petitioner by this petition has challenged the order dated 23.7.2024 by which additional charge of Hostel Superintendent has been withdrawn from her and in her place, respondent No.6 has been given the charge of Hostel Superintendent of Scheduled Castes Girls Hostel Maaro. The petitioner is a headmistress. She was given additional charge as Hostel Superintendent. Since another teacher, i.e., respondent No.6 has been given the said charge of Hostel Superintendent, in the considered view of this Court, no case is made out for grant of any relief as prayed for by the petitioner. 2.
