I.A.No.1 of 2025 is filed by the respondent No.2/defacto complainant seeking permission to compromise the case in C.C.No.25 of 2024 on the file of I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bhimavaram. 3. I.A.No.2 of 2025 is filed by the respondent No.2/defacto complainant seeking to record the compromise and quash the C.C.No.25 of 2024 on the file of I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bhimavaram. 4 4. Both the parties appeared before this Court and were identified by their respective learned counsel. Copies of their Aadhar cards attested by their respective counsel are filed for proper identification. 5. Ms. K. Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State is in attendance and reported no objection to record the compromise. 6. The complainant/respondent No.2 stated that she has voluntarily come forward for withdrawal of the case since there is no chance for reconciliation of the matrimonial life with the accused No.1. She further represented that they have filed petition for divorce by mutual consent. 7. The matter is referred to the Mediation Centre at High Court and in terms of the Mediation report, the I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 are allowed. 8. Since both the parties entered into compromise, no further orders are required in this matter. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed by quashing the proceedings pending against the petitioners herein/Accused Nos. 1, 3 & 4 in C.C.No.25 of 2024 on the file of I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bhimavaram.
