The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that, the respondent has not mentioned the pendency of the suit in OS No.1237/2022 in the revenue records. Hence, the impugned Endorsement dated 12.06.2025 (Annexure-D) is challenged in this writ petition. 4. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the respondent is directed to mention Order of the temporary injunction in OS No.1237/2022 in the RTC extract, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
