Dhaulta, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 3. Petitioner is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Sanskrit)/Shastri at GHS Dhalwari, Tehsil Amb, District Una. His case is that on completion of more than five years of service in the aforesaid station, he preferred 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 representations dated 29.08.2025 and 29.09.2025 (Annexure P-4) to respondent No.2, seeking inter-district transfer in terms of notification dated 20.11.2021 (Annexure P-3). Petitioner’s grievance is that the aforesaid representations have not been considered and decided by the competent authority till date. 4. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioner dated 29.08.2025 & 29.09.2025 (Annexure P-4) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy as also keeping in view the notification dated 20.11.2021, within a period of six weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
