Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to inadvertence, the above W.P.(L) No. 24 of 2016 could not be marked and as a result of which, the learned counsel for the petitioner could not appear on 18.09.2024. It is submitted that she will remain careful in future and will argue the case on merit and hence, W.P.(L) No. 24 of 2016 may be restored. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent raised objection and submitted that necessary order may be passed. 2 4. Having heard learned counsel for both the sides and in view of the fact that the learned counsel for the petitioner is ready to argue the case on merit, the prayer for the restoration of W.P.(L) No. 24 of 2016 is allowed and W.P.(L) No. 24 of 2016 is restored to its original file. 5.
