Mr. Jagdish Thakur, Advocate, for respondents No.3 & 4. __________________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that sewerage system in Kol Dam Colony area of Sunni as well as sewerage plant have been repaired/reconstructed, as such, first prayer made in the instant petition stands granted. He states that though as per agreed terms, petitioners have been not paid sum of Rs.50,000/-, which was otherwise agreed to be paid on account of demolition of structure by the petitioner themselves, but present petition can be disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to file representation to the competent authority for grant of second relief with further direction to the respondents to consider and decide his representation in a time bound manner. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- 2. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to file representation for grant of second relief, as prayed for, in the instant proceedings, which shall decided by respondent No.3 expeditiously, preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of representation. Needless to say, authority concerned, while doing the needful, in terms of instant order, shall afford an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders.
