Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 215 of 2024, arising of Sahibganj (M) P.S. Case No. 49 of 2023, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court learned Additional Sessions Judge-III at Sahibganj. On 27.05.2023 at about 03:00 P.M., brother of the informant and his brother namely Ravindra Yadav was shot by named accused persons. The brother of the informant succumbed to his injuries. It was submitted that there is specific allegation. against co- accused Sunil Yadav that he had fired at the brother of the informant due to which he succumbed to his injuries. It was further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the accused persons including the petitioner. It appears that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by co-ordinate bench of this court. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III at Sahibganj in connection with S.T.
