This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 3rd and 4th respondent in not registering the FIR under sections 3 (f), (g) of Sc and St Atrocities act 1989 r/w under sections 318 (4), 337 and 3 (5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhitha - 2023 (420,466 r/w 34 IPC) against respondents no 5 to 6 and not filed charge sheet basing on the report of petitioner dated 12.05.2025 is illegal, arbitrary violation of the provisions of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha- 2023, besides Article 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India.”
2. Sri Tata Singaiah Goud, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that, the names of the Petitioners had been shown as possessors for the last 30 years and suddenly the Revenue Authorities have deleted their names for laying the road.
Learned counsel would further submit that the Petitioners have submitted a representation to the Police to register a case against the Revenue Officials. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police to look into the contents of the complaint, and take appropriate action according to governing rules and law. There shall be no order as to costs.
