This petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to learned Additional District Judge No.4, Jaipur, Metropolitan-II, Jaipur (hereinafter referred to as 'the trial Court') to dispose of the Civil Suit No.20/2019, CIS No.632/2019 in a time bound manner. 2. This Court cannot give any direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in a time bound manner without knowing as to [2025:RJ-JP:8312] (2 of 2) [CW-15410/2024] how many cases and how many old cases are pending before the trial Court. 3. However, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the Civil Suit No.20/2019 as early as possible without making any unnecessary delay. 4. In that view of the matter, the petition stands disposed of.
