Case No. 175 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 316(2), 316(5), 318(4) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Dileep Rajeshwar Tirkey, learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. The petitioner happens to be the Manager of Toplink Motors JH Pvt. Limited, Jamshedpur. It appears that the petitioner had cheated about 26 customers of the company and caused loss of Rs. 4,32,819/-to his employer. 4. Mr. Anurag Kashyap, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the parties have settled their dispute. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about nine months. 5. Mrs. Kumari Rashmi, learned A.P.P. assisted by Mr. Shailesh Kumar Singh No. 2 have opposed the prayer for bail. However, Mr. Shailesh Kumar 2. Singh No. 2 appearing on behalf of the informant admitted that the parties have settled their dispute. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Dileep Rajeshwar Tirkey, learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur in connection with M.G.M P.S.
