Applicants seek to condone delay of 326 days caused in filing appeals against judgment and award passed by the Reference Court under provisions of Land Acquisition Act. 3. Perused the applications and reasons as stated therein. It appears that delay is occasioned on account of administrative exigencies and procedural aspects that require to be followed by applicants. No malafides are discernible in making delay. The applicants have not derived any advantage by making such delay.
