ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….issue a writ or order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of official respondents, particularly respondent No.4, in not registering any crime against unofficial respondents and provide protection to the petitioner and his family members basing on the complaint dated 23.11.2019 lodged by the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary, biased, unconstitutional and against the principles of natural justice, and consequently, direct the respondent authorities to provide police protection to the person and property of the petitioner and his family members from the high-handed actions of unofficial respondent Nos.5 to 7 and pass…”
2. Heard learned counsel for the writ petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. As already submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, police completed investigation and referred the case as false as per the proceedings of Assistant Commissioner of Police, West Division, Vijayawada City. 4.
In that view of the matter, the petitioner is at liberty to approach Jurisdictional Magistrate for necessary redressal, in accordance with law, on the final report filed by the police. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No further orders are required in the writ petition at this length of time in the light of the above submission. There shall be no order as to costs. 4
