The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "1). श्रदद्धेय न्ययाययालय दयारया परमयादद्धेश प्रकक तति मम आदद्धेश, अथवया तनिदरश पयाररति कर तवपकक्षी ससंख्यया 1 (अपर आययक प्रशयासनि प्रययागरयाज मण्डल प्रययागरयाज) कको तनिदरतशति तकयया जयावद्धे तक तनिगरयानिक्षीकतियार्ता / तवपकक्षी ससंख्यया 3 दयारया प्रस्तियति (तवचयारयाधक्षीनि) तनिगरयानिक्षी ससंख्यया 1889/2017, कम्प्ययटरक्षीकक ति वयाद ससंख्यया C 201702001889, बमयकदमया अयकोध्ययादयास उरर्ता अवधद्धेशदयास चद्धेलया रयामदयास बनियाम गकोतवन्ददयास चद्धेलया सक्षीतियारयाम दयास, पर यथया शक्षीघ्र सयनिवयाई हद्धेतिय उतचति आजया पयाररति तकयद्धे जयानिद्धे हद्धेतिय आजया पयाररति तकयद्धे जयानिद्धे ककी अनियकम्पया ककी जयावम ।" 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the aforementioned appeal is pending since 2017 before respondent no.1 for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent No. 1, Additional Commissioner (Administration), Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj to consider and decide the aforementioned appeal, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned provided that there is no other legal impediment.
