The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed to quash the order dated 19.11.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, Siddharth Nagar in Session Trial No. 68 of 2018, whereby the applicants have been summoned under Section 319, Cr.P.C. in case arising out of Case Crime No. 196 of 2015, under Sections 323, 504, 506 of I.P.C. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
