The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lalpur P.S. Case No.224 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 338/ 336(3) /340(2)/319(2)/318(4)/317(4)(5)/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, Sections 66(C)/66(D) of the IT Act and Section 11 of the Bengal Gambling Act, pending in the court of Sri Gautam Gobinda, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. It is alleged that petitioner and co-accused persons were running racket of gambling. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2024. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Gautam Gobinda, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi or his successor, in connection with Lalpur P.S.
