Proceedings in this contempt petition have been initiated for non-compliance of the order dated 04.02.2022, passed in WP(C) No. 174/2022, vide which, the writ petition was disposed of by directing as under: - “Since the original application of the petitioner for the quashing of the order dated 21.10.2021 is pending before the Tribunal and has to be considered on merits, in the fact and circumstances of the case, we disposed of the petition with the direction that the petitioner would not be debarred from being considered for any further promotion in the department on the basis of the order dated 21.10.2021 and the Tribunal is free to proceed and decide the original application on merits in accordance with law most expeditiously.” 02. Mr. Suneel Malhotra, learned GA appearing for the respondents submits that original application No. 1626/2021 has been considered and finally decided vide order dated 30.12.2024, and the OA of the applicant has been dismissed being without any merit. Copy of the order has been taken on record. 03. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in this contempt petition.
