By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs :- "(A) Be pleased to issue a direction by directing the respondent authorities to decide the representation dated 24.05.2024 made by the petitioner which is at Annexure-A to the petition in accordance with law, in the interest of justice;" 2. Learned advocate Ms. Neha Shukla submits that petitioner's representation made on 24.5.2024 is pending with respondent No.4 and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided. 3. The record indicates that the representation of the petitioner made to respondent No.4 does not bear any date. However, in view of the fact that photocopy of RPAD is annexed along with the petition, the respondent No.4 is hereby directed to C/SCA/5462/2025 ORDER DATED: 24/04/2025 decide the representation made by the petitioner on 24.5.2024, as early as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order and the respondent No.4 is directed to pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner through RPAD. 4.
