The present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 17th August, 2024 passed by Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Bokaro in M.J. Case No.04 of 2006, whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Section 33C (2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 for computation of monetary benefit payable to the petitioner on the basis of the award dated 10th January, 1994 prepared in Reference Case No.12 of 1987 was dismissed. 2. Md. Belal Ashraf Khan, learned A.C. to Mr. Lukesh Kumar, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one after disposal of L.P.A.
