Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the stands recommended for the issuance of L-1, yet no decision in this regard has been taken by the concerned authority i.e., respondent No.2. 1.Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 He accordingly, prays that a mandamus be issued to the said respondent to decide the matter expeditiously. 3. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that in case any such recommendation comes before respondent No.2, then, appropriate decision thereupon shall be taken within a period of eight weeks from today. 4. This Court is of the considered view that interest of justice would be served in case this petition is disposed of with the direction that in case any such recommendation is pending before respondent No.2, then the authority will pass appropriate order thereupon with a time bound period. Ordered accordingly. 5. This petition is disposed of with the direction that let needful be done at the end of respondent No.2 on or before 30.11.2025.
