This is a defendants' petition. In a suit instituted by plaintiff-respondents, an application for grant of temporary injunction was moved in which ad-interim injunction was granted by the trial Court. The defendants-petitioners had moved his objections which are pending consideration. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to sole respondent, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, requiring the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Chandauli to proceed with the temporary injunction application filed in Original Suit No.61 of 2024 and make every endeavour to decide the same, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, considering the objections raised by the defendants-petitioners. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
