For the reasons detailed out in the memo of the application & upon hearing ld. counsel appearing for the petitioner, the application is allowed. The order dt.01.08.2025 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, alongwith the subsequent order dt.27.08.2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is hereby, recalled. S.B.
