It is the grievance of the petitioner that the petitioner is assailing the order dated 16.06.2025 passed by the respondent No.1 (Annexure-A). 3. Heard Sri S.Kalyan Basavaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri Siddharth Babu Rao, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents - State. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:24691 WP No. 19873 of 2025 4. It is submitted by the learned counsel Sri S.Kalyan Basavaraj by referring to Annexure-H that the petitioner herein has filed a revision petition under Section 136 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 and an application has been filed before the said authority for seeking stay of the impugned order in the present writ petition. However, the said application is yet to be considered by the Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore Rural District at Devanahalli. 5. In that view of the matter, taking into consideration the petitioner herein is having an efficacious remedy before the Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore Rural District at Devanahalli and has the said revision petition is already preferred before the Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore Rural District at Devanahalli (Annexure-H) along with an application for stay, the said authority is directed to consider the interim application made by the petitioner herein at the earliest within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till the consideration of the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:24691 WP No. 19873 of 2025 said application by the Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore Rural District at Devanahalli, there shall be stay on the implementation of the order passed by the respondent No.1 in R.A.No.75/2023.
