Matter comes up on the instant misc. application filed by the applicant-petitioner seeking correction of bank account number in the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by this Court while deciding S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.12064/2025 submitted by the petitioner. 2. Counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that the bank account number of the petitioner is ‘68017419291’ which was freezed by the respondents for which the above petition was submitted. Counsel submits that the aforesaid petition was disposed of by this Court vide order dated (2 of 2) [WMAP-378/2025] 03.09.2025 and the respondents were directed to defreeze the bank account of the petitioner after retaining the disputed amount. Counsel submits that due to typographical mistake in the prayer clause, the bank account of the petitioner was mentioned as ‘68017419219’ while the correct number is ‘68017419291’, therefore, the aforesaid correction is required in the order. 3. Counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection, if the aforesaid correction is done. 4. Application stands allowed for the reasons stated therein. The bank account number of the petitioner be read as ‘68017419291’ instead of ‘68017419219’ in the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by this Court while deciding S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.12064/2025. 5. This order be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 03.09.2025. (ANOOP KUMAR DHAND),J KuD/252
