Case No. 27/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 326, 504, 506, 307, 387, 120B of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Dhanbad. 3. On 02.03.2024, Rangdari was demanded by named accused persons from the informant who is owner of Janta Petrol Pump. The accused persons also assaulted his staff members to enforce the demand of Rangdari. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused Akshay Yadav. It was finally submitted that the statement of the informant has been recorded during the trial and he has not identified any of the accused persons. 5. Mr. Anup Pawan Topno, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Dhanbad in connection with Putki P.S.
