GP FOR SERVICES II The Court made the following: 2 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY W.P.No.23247 of 2025 O R D E R: The present Writ Petition is filed seeking for consideration of the case of the Petitioner for promotion from the post of Anganwadi Helper to Anganwadi Worker (Teacher) at Kottala Anganwadi Centre Proddatur Rural Project Rajupalem Mandal, Kadapa. 2. The Petitioner was appointed as Anganwadi Helper on 08.09.2020 and has been discharging eversince. On account of vacancy in the post of Anganwadi Worker, the Petitioner submitted a representation on 30.04.2025 for consideration of her case for promotion to the post of Anganwadi Worker. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner is fully eligible and qualified for the post of Anganwadi Worker as per G.O.Ms.No.21, dated 24.08.2007. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the representation of the Petitioner would be considered in terms of the rules. 3 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondent Authorities to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 30.04.2025 taking into consideration the G.O.Ms.No.21, dated 24.08.2007 and Memo No.5771/K3/2006, dated 05.01.2012, as expeditiously as possible.
